With a footprint of a double garage below, the suite above provides approximately 540 SF of living area. With a similar building shape below and above, this is an efficient building form.

Two Story Suite

With Deck Above Garage

Living area above a double garage with additional living space at grade. By offsetting the garage, a perfect space is created for a deck above. This configuration could offer 800 SF or more of total living area.

No Garage

Don’t need a garage? Why not convert garage space to living area. With a footprint equivalent to a double garage, this building form could offer well over 1,000 SF of living area.
