TWO STORY SUITE WITH DECK
ABOVE GARAGE

TWO STORY SUITE, NO GARAGE

Don't need a garage? Why not convert garage space to living area. With a footprint equivalent to a double garage, this building form could offer well over 1,000 SF of living area.

TWO STORY SUITE AND GARAGE

Designed around a double garage with living area above and below. The at-grade living area is added on to the side or back of the garage, akin to a saddlebag. This configuration could offer 800 SF or more of living area.

AT-GRADE SUITE WITH LOFT, NO GARAGE

At-grade living with bonus space above for an extra bedroom, bathroom, office or den. A one bedroom configuration at grade could offer 400 - 500 SF. The loft could tack on another 200 SF or more. The dormer provides a lovely design detail.

SUITE + GARAGE AT GRADE

Have a wider lot? Looking to keep living spaces and garage on one level? This configuration may be the sweet spot. This building form proposes a single or double garage attached to 400 - 500 SF or more of living area.

NARROW LOT SUITE ABOVE GARAGE

Designed for a narrow lot (approximately 25' wide), this 17' building contains a 1.5 bay garage below with a suite above. Depending on lot depth, this design could offer 540 SF or more of living area.

AT-GRADE SUITE, NO GARAGE

A cottage in your own backyard. This compact, efficient building form can be built quickly on piles. If height is a concern, consider a full basement to double living space without building up.

NARROW LOT SUITE / BACKYARD STUDIO
